KeyResponsibilities:
·Production ofapplications/valuations
· Costmanagement
· CVR reporting andforecasting
· Stock ConditionSurveys
· Minimising cost, maximisingvalue and protecting profit
· Utilisedirect labour and subcontractors to ensure works have labourtargets and deliver agreed profit
·Procurement of subcontractors, materials andplant
· Resolve any contractual issuesfrom our client and supply chain
·Ensuring full delivery team is aware of our contractual &commercial requirements
· Manage cashcollection
· Reporting progress tosenior management
· Agreement of finalaccounts and completion of required client documentation tofacilitate client approval
JobTasks
Manage the financial aspectsof the business from projects and manufacturingfacility
· Manage cost control,utilising cost & value reporting & cash flowforecasting.
· Produce monthlyvaluations.
· Valuing and raisingvariations.
· Attending and reviewingpre-contract meetings.
· Review,comment and agree sub-contractorders
· Contract costingreviews.
· Produce labour records& budgets per contract
·Measure drawings for contract works
·Produce work in progress figures andschedules
· Review and authorisesupplier invoices
· Raisesub-contractor orders
· Agree finalaccounts
· Assisting the accounts teamto maintain cash flow
· Advise oncredit insurance
· Review, comment andagree sub-contract warranties
· Assistthe estimating team
Knowledge/Experience:
-Strong background in construction, including projects up to£4m
- Excellent negotiation andcommunication skills
- Professional Qualification(e.g., HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalent
-Extensive experience in commercial management and subcontractorprocurement
- Good knowledge of monthlyreporting
- Minimum 3 years of Quantity Surveyorexperience
- Surveying: 2 years(required)
- Minimum 5 years of constructionindustry experience
- Full UK DrivingLicence

Details:
-Full-time, Permanent
-£40,000.00-£65,000.00 peryear
- Monday to Friday workingpattern
- 20 days holiday plus bankholidays
