We are recruiting for a part time (28 hours per week) Project Manager on a fixed term basis for 12 months.

Responsibilities
* Planning and managing delivery - develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocations to ensure successful delivery against agreed scope, time, and budget.
* Coordinating stakeholders – act as the central coordination point between business teams, technical teams, suppliers, and governance boards to ensure alignment and clear communication.
* Managing risks and issues – proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and blockers, escalating where required to ensure delivery momentum is maintained.
* Tracking progress and reporting – monitor project performance against agreed outcomes, producing regular updates on status, finances, risks, and benefits for senior leadership and governance boards.
* Ensuring governance and compliance – ensure the project follows organisational governance processes, including approvals, documentation, change control, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience delivering complex projects in a digital, technology, or transformation environment, managing scope, timelines, and budgets.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
* Experience using structured project delivery methodologies, such as PRINCE2, Agile, or similar frameworks.
* Proven ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring effective mitigation and escalation where required.
* Relevant qualification or equivalent experience, such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile certification, or a recognised project management qualification.
