This role requires GPhC Registration
Base location : Royal Bournemouth & Poole Hospital. Please note that cross-site working is expected.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Master’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
2. Certificate in Clinical Pharmacy or evidence of equivalent experience
3. Non-Medical Prescribing qualification or prepared to train for this
4. Pharmacist registration with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
Desirable criteria
5. Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent
Experience
Essential criteria
6. 2 years NHS hospital experience
7. Clinical audit / Drug Use Review projects
Desirable criteria
8. Mentoring / training of staff
Other
Essential criteria
9. Good organisational abilities and able to prioritise work
10. Ability to provide complex advice and guidance requiring analysis, interpretation and comparison of clinical options
11. Good clinical knowledge of current therapeutics and pharmacy practice
