Job Description:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join our team, focusing on all preparation and service.
You will oversee the consistency of various preparations within the cold kitchen to ensure quality product and adherence to standard recipes, and prepare all food according to recipes, guidelines, and standards set by the Catering Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a kitchen/catering environment, preferably within mass catering in an education setting. NVQ Level 2 in Food Preparation is desirable. You should be an effective communicator with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
