What You’ll Do
Conduct structured assessments (telephone and face-to-face) for Work Capability Assessments (WCA) on behalf of the DWP
Review medical evidence and produce clear, evidence-based clinical reports
Apply your professional judgement to evaluate how health conditions affect daily living and work capability What We’re Looking For
Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist
Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in an adult clinical setting
Current NMC or HCPC registration
Confident communicator with strong report-writing and IT skills
Experienced in managing complex health conditions and independent caseloads

Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 (rising by £1,000 at 6 & 12 months)
Bonus: Up to 10% based on performance
Schedule: Monday to Friday only – no nights, weekends, or bank holidays
Hybrid working: Split between home and local assessment centre
