Job Description
Commercial and Administration Team Lead, Slough: The Commercial & Administration Team Lead is part of a team of approximately 25 located in the UK. There is ample opportunity to interact with other groups across EMEA, and the Head Office functions based in Asia. As part of a small team the Commercial Lead will have opportunity to work across the department to support other activities and areas of interest, such as project management or account management.Tasks and Responsibilities
3. Budgeting and Forecasting.
4. Liaison with the Finance department.
5. Updating Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA.
6. Departmental and process documentation.
7. Reporting and meeting minutes.
8. Lead the commercial administration function, ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations
9. Oversees forecasting, budgeting, order processing, pricing accuracy, and customer documentation
10. Ensures compliance with internal processes, policies, and quality standards
11. Coordinates with sales, supply chain, technical, and finance teams
12. Manages reporting, KPIs, and continuous improvement of administrative workflows
13. Resolves customer queries and escalations promptly and professionally
14. Supports forecasting, budgeting, and wider commercial planning activities

Commercial and Administration Team Lead, Slough: A team player, who is motivated by delivering great work and who ideally possess the following skills and background:Skills and Experience
15. Business and Commercial experience.
16. Good understanding of IT and the corporate IT function.
17. Preferably degree educated and relevant such as business management.
18. Excellent knowledge of Office 365, in particular Excel - VLookUps and Pivot Tables
19. Experienced ERP user, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
20. Experience of Salesforce advantageous

Salary of circa £35,000 to £45,000 dependant upon experience and a good range of benefits
