Technical Sales Manager - Marine\n Location: Southampton (Hybrid with UK & International Travel)\n Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum \n Sector: Marine | Environmental Engineering | Technical Sales\n\nA global leader in marine environmental technology is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth and lead engineering operations within their marine wastewater treatment division.\n\nThis hybrid role blends technical leadership, account management, and strategic sales. You'll manage a team of engineers and technicians while supporting clients with innovative, compliant wastewater treatment solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead and mentor engineering and technical teams.\nOversee system design, optimisation, and regulatory compliance.\nResolve complex technical challenges and support system enhancements.\nDrive continuous product improvement and innovation.\nManage key client accounts and develop new business opportunities.\nDeliver technical sales support, from proposal to post-installation.\nLead technical project life cycles - design through to aftercare.\nEnsure on-time, budget-compliant project delivery.\nProduce high-quality technical documentation and reports.\nConduct system audits and ensure regulatory compliance.Requirements:\n\nDegree in Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.\nTechnical leadership experience in marine or wastewater treatment.\nStrong knowledge of marine wastewater systems and regulations.\nProven ability to manage projects, teams, and client relationships.\nBackground in technical sales or account management.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.If you're a commercially driven technical expert passionate about sustainability and innovation in the marine sector, please get in touch.\n\nPlease be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
