Conduct facilities reporting and escalation as required.Support with absence and discipline activities as required. Establish an understanding of Risk Assessments and Risk Controls including understanding how to identify risks and implement successful risk controls for safety compliance. Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents and incidents within the workplace. Undertake effective resource utilisation, planning and management activities as required includingplanning thedaily workload and ensuring that time and attendance matters are managed. Building positive customer relationships and responding constructively to customer requests and internal departments. Be an Ambassador for Quality and actively participate in continuous quality improvements, including driving changes in quality gates and culture. Actively participate and input into process confirmations, assisting with the identification of necessary amendments, updates and rewrites as required.
