and main responsibilities
1. To provide an efficient audio, copy typing and word processing service for Health Professionals as required. This includes the typing of letters, patient referrals, minutes, etc in an accurate and quality manner
2. To work within the Clinical Support Team to deliver high quality administrative services to designated clinical services.
3. Track designated patients throughout their pathway, from point of entry, escalating issues promptly, in order to ensure compliance with waiting time standards
4. Support the coordination of national and local audits by effective data collection as required

5. Previous NHS experience

Education
Essential criteria
7. Educated to A-level/NVQ level 3 5 GCSEs, graded at C or above, or equivalent

8. Medical terminology qualification
