Job Description
3. Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees (around 1000)
4. Ensure compliance with relevant tax and employment regulations.
5. Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
6. Update and maintain payroll records accurately and securely.
7. Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to reconcile payroll accounts.
8. Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
9. Implement process improvements to streamline payroll operations.
10. Support the transition and onboarding of new employees into payroll systems.
11. Using SAP and MS Excel
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Payroll Manager should have:
12. Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
13. A solid understanding of UK tax and employment laws.
14. Experience in payroll management within the technology and telecoms industry.
