The Role:
1. Lead day-to-day EHS and safety activities across production and warehouse operations
2. Manage OSHA reporting, compliance, and workplace safety assessments
3. Provide hands-on safety guidance and support to supervisors and shop floor teams
4. Deliver training programs and help embed strong safety standards across the site
The Person:
5. Food or beverage manufacturing safety experience
6. 3-5+ years in a Safety or EHS role
7. Bilingual Spanish speaking (essential)
