Join to apply for the Tesco Colleague - Kidderminster role at Tesco.
Pay starts from £12.45 an hour and increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. Tesco offers a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to work fewer hours (minimum 12) if desired. Availability windows are used to schedule contracted hours with 3 weeks notice of shifts, and Tesco supports flexibility if your availability is close to, but not exactly, the advertised times.

Responsibilities
* Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; delivering great natural service.
* Being passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
* Working across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas where required.
* Applying training to work safely, effectively, and to serve customers brilliantly.
* Making decisions that are right for customers and delivering store routines that meet customer needs.
* Participating in seasonal, community, and charity events to foster a great inclusive atmosphere.
* Understanding store performance and contributing to service, sales, waste reduction, shrink, and profit.
* Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in good condition.
* Being yourself, living Tesco values, making everyone feel welcome, and following policies.
* Occasionally assisting with deliveries into the store.
You will need
