D365 Application Support Analyst to join a very successful team & organisation who are embarking upon a programme transformation. You will have the opportunity to shape the way that the Dynamics 365 application is used. As well as 3rd line support the role will grow into Business Analysis and Product Ownership. The key experience required is F&O (Finance & Operations). The office is based in Central London and you will be expected to be on-site 3 days per week. Skills & Experience for the D365 Application Support Analyst Essential Strong hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a live, enterprise production environment. Proven background in application support, incident management, and problem resolution. Solid understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain business processes. Experience working with external support partners and system integrators. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to remain effective under pressure. Desirable Experience supporting multiple enterprise business applications. Understanding of integrations, data flows, and reporting platforms. Experience operating within ITIL-aligned support and service models. Exposure to audit or regulated environments.
