Role overview
Working as part of the Citygate prep team, this role is key to maximising commercial performance and opportunities across the Citygate and third-party websites. Reporting to the Group Head of Prep, the role will interact closely with Marketing, Sales, IT and involve reporting on site analytics and consumer Insights
Key responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a Vehicle Imagery Technician/Photographer will be:
* Photographing and capturing high quality images of our vehicles using the latest digital photography equipment.
* Uploading images to systems and creating and accurate description of the vehicle, giving the viewer as much information as possible
* Provide recommendations and conversion opportunities
* Maximise site merchandising opportunities through creative ideas
* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to drive these strategies forward and achieve our business targets
* Work with the Sales and Marketing team to drive eCommerce sales and ensure effective on-site merchandising
* Create compelling onsite experiences to encourage customer engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty
* Ensure all on-site SEO is continually optimised to ensure best organic search results
* Report on weekly/monthly top line sales, like for like sales, category and product performance, new business and customer retention, and e-commerce data specific to key merchandising features.
About You
As a Vehicle Imagery Technician/Photographer, you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:
* Ideally have experience working in a similar role
* Experience using an imagery turntable work be preferred
* Have a keen interest in photography, marketing and the automotive industry
* Good attention to detail, which is key for this role
* Be a good and clear communicator
