Key Responsibilities
· Working hours 9am - 5pm in office.
· First Point of contact for all enquiries and incoming calls
· Provide front desk/first point of contact reception duties which includes handling of all phone calls, voicemails messages and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally
· Dealing with enquiries and emails electrical plumbing or EV based.
· Maintain and update job management system
· Assist in General Office administration and filing
· Manage leads and arrange appointments via job management system
· Work collaboratively and manage with engineers in field
· Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects or role related activities as and when required.
Requirements:
· Proactive individual who is a natural organiser with administration and with teams in the field
* Ideal for someone who has worked in Lettings or property management
· Possess a professional manner and is enthusiastic in customer service
· Ability to multi-task and work independently
· Able to work well under pressure where priorities may change
· Possess good understanding and knowledge of document control and database management system (Service m8) training can be provided.
· Professional manner, with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Servicem8.
