Bricklayer – Rail Infrastructure Location: Salford Crescent Contract Type: Contract Working Hours: Days IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Payment Method: Umbrella About the Role A leading client within the rail industry is seeking an experienced Bricklayer to work on a contract basis at their Salford Crescent site. This role involves carrying out high-quality brickwork as part of ongoing rail infrastructure and station-based works. The position is day shifts only, working 07:30-17:30 Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Carry out bricklaying and blockwork to a high standard Work on rail infrastructure and station-related construction projects Follow site drawings, specifications, and method statements Ensure all work complies with health & safety and rail industry standards Liaise with site supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth delivery of works Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area Requirements Proven experience as a Bricklayer, ideally within rail or civil engineering environments Valid CSCS card (essential) Previous experience working on rail sites is highly desirable Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
