Key Responsibilities
* Managing audit assignments from planning through to completion for Partner review
* Overseeing job budgets, billing and work in progress
* Leading audits, including planning, review and finalisation of work
* Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and other client deliverables
* Supporting on complex assignments where required
* Coaching and developing junior team members through on-the-job training
* Contributing to performance reviews and team development
* Building strong client relationships and delivering a high level of service
* Supporting business development activities, including identifying opportunities and assisting with tenders
Qualifications
To gain an interview you will be an experienced Audit professional with a strong technical grounding and a genuine interest in the charities and not-for-profit sector. You will enjoy managing relationships, leading teams and delivering high-quality work in a collaborative environment.
* Proven experience managing audit assignments and client portfolios
* Strong knowledge of audit and accounts within the charity/non-profit sector
* Commercial awareness with an interest in business development
* A supportive and approachable leadership style
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
