Job Description
You have a great personality! You will therefore win over our customers by providing a service that is tailored to their individual needs and requirements. Your duties will also include the following:
- Independently planning and implementing all Motel One sales activities, such as customer events and hotel tours
- Acquiring new corporate customers (mainly by phone), including negotiating and closing contracts
- Preparing and interpreting reports and analysing customer performance, as well as your own
- Monitoring and analysing competitor activity
- Gaining insights into new areas of activity by means of interdepartmental cooperation
Qualifications

- Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional sales experience or be looking for a change of career
- Be open and communicative and have a positive attitude
- Have excellent manners and strong negotiation skills
- Have a persuasive personality and enjoy active selling
- Enjoy working in multicultural teams and be willing to cooperate across departments
