A day includes
We currently have a brilliant opportunity for a Field based role as a Store Merchandising Team Leader within our Implementation Department Team. You will be effectively managing the on-site execution, delivery and successful opening of all assigned implementation projects while reporting into the Implementation manager with nationwide travel expected.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage merchandising teams and deliver on site activity for all assigned projects across Superdrug.
* Communicate and update daily with the Store/Implementation Manager, Project Support Manager, and other key head office departments.
* Review project progress and make decisions and implement plans to deliver best in class project delivery.
* Ensure revenue cost reporting to the Implementation Manager is delivered in a timely manner. Review on site resource management needs in line with the project scope.
* Deliver the commercial plan as per the project plan.
* Full training will be provided as part of this role.

What you'll need to succeed
* Be willing to travel to a variety of stores within your region.
* You need to have some experience in retail merchandising / planogram compliance.
* Educated to GCSE or above level would be valuable.
* You will understand the core principles of effective planning and organizing skills.
* Your leadership experience will have equipped you to lead small in-store teams.
* Experience of being a good team player is essential.
* Driving License and willingness to travel.
