The Role
* Greeting patients and providing first-class customer care
* Carrying out pre-screening eye health checks
* Supporting the optometrist with smooth and efficient patient handovers
* Dispensing frames and lenses with expert advice
* Adjusting and repairing spectacles
* Teaching contact lens handling and care
* Assisting with day-to-day administrative duties
