About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end (E2E) transformation initiatives across our North West operations. 🌍
This role is pivotal in enhancing digital capabilities 💻, optimising recruitment processes 👥, and driving commercial growth 📈.
You will ensure that all transformation initiatives align with both local and global strategic objectives, delivering measurable value across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities 🔑
* Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end transformation initiatives ⚙️
* Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and improve performance 📊
* Manage and develop a high-performing team 🤝
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define challenges and deliver solutions 🧠
* Act as the UK Change Lead, connecting with the global transformation network 🌐
* Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption 🔄
* Apply Lean and Design Thinking methodologies 🛠️
* Track and evaluate initiative success, ensuring measurable outcomes 📌
About You 👤
* Proven experience delivering business transformation initiatives ✅
* Strong change management expertise with a focus on adoption and impact 🔄
* Skilled in analysing and improving business processes 📊
* Experience leading teams and engaging senior stakeholders 👔
* Familiarity with Lean / Continuous Improvement / Design Thinking 🧩
* Recruitment experience is a plus (not essential) 👥
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 🗣️
* Highly organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities ⚡
