About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end (E2E) transformation initiatives across our North West operations. π
This role is pivotal in enhancing digital capabilities π», optimising recruitment processes π₯, and driving commercial growth π.
You will ensure that all transformation initiatives align with both local and global strategic objectives, delivering measurable value across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities π
* Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end transformation initiatives βοΈ
* Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and improve performance π
* Manage and develop a high-performing team π€
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define challenges and deliver solutions π§
* Act as the UK Change Lead, connecting with the global transformation network π
* Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption π
* Apply Lean and Design Thinking methodologies π οΈ
* Track and evaluate initiative success, ensuring measurable outcomes π
About You π€
* Proven experience delivering business transformation initiatives β
* Strong change management expertise with a focus on adoption and impact π
* Skilled in analysing and improving business processes π
* Experience leading teams and engaging senior stakeholders π
* Familiarity with Lean / Continuous Improvement / Design Thinking π§©
* Recruitment experience is a plus (not essential) π₯
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills π£οΈ
* Highly organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities β‘
