We’re looking for a Shift Manager to join the team at our new venue Chopstix!
Responsibilities
1. Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
2. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
3. Support the Venue Manager in daily operations, including managing team levels, analyzing KPIs, and controlling stock to maximize profit.
4. Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, and health & safety policies.
5. Lead by example, inspiring the team and ensuring a positive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Previous experience in a busy restaurant or food service environment.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.
4. Knowledge of or willingness to learn about the Chopstix brand or similar high street quick service brands.
Additional Information
* Availability to start W/C 19th May and participate in two weeks of training away from resort.
* Flexibility to work a 5-day week over 7 days with various shift patterns.
