Opportunity to work across a variety of projects including Local Government, Hotels, Commercial, Industrial and Retail.
Qualifications
* Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
* Significant exposure to, and good working relations with, private sector clients
* Ability to manage and train junior staff members
* Solid technical competence and service delivery
Compensation
Salary £60,000 – £70,000 with a generous car allowance and a 5‑figure health profit share.
