Maintenance Manager - Site Services - Tiverton
This is a growing FMCG business with a strong manufacturing facility. The Engineering Site Services Manager will play a key role within the Engineering Team, ensuring smooth operations of the site and fostering collaboration across functions.
The role involves overseeing utilities, water, air, and effluent systems—critical components behind the scenes. The ideal candidate will have experience managing site services and facilities in a manufacturing environment, with previous supervisory or management experience, as this role reports to a small team providing support across key areas.

Role responsibilities include:
* Overseeing maintenance of utilities infrastructure, including steam boilers, HVAC, compressed air, and refrigeration systems to ensure reliability and performance.
* Managing water treatment and distribution systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and environmental sustainability.
* Monitoring air quality and implementing measures to maintain safe indoor air quality, including ventilation and emission controls.
