We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-profile PFI projects, responsible for total facilities management. The successful candidate will have full leadership and financial responsibility, focusing on operational and commercial compliance.
You will lead, develop, manage, and motivate a support services team to meet Mitie standards, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Additionally, you will support the Regional Account Manager in developing business strategies aligned with client needs.
Responsibilities
1. Customer: Build long-term customer relationships, offer high-standard support, manage NPS and engagement targets.
2. People: Manage site-based Facilities Managers, oversee recruitment, training, succession planning, and payroll.
3. Service Delivery: Manage service obligations, understand SLAs/KPIs, handle contractual and lifecycle management, and identify service improvements.
4. Finance: Manage cash flow, P&L, procurement processes, and profitability analysis.
5. Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance, manage risk registers, produce reports, and oversee health & safety and safeguarding policies.
Skills & Experience
* IOSH or NEBOSH Certification
* Enhanced vetting (DBS/PVG)
* Relevant experience in a similar role
* IT literacy with MS Office
* Leadership and communication skills
