Job Purpose
The successful candidate would require to effectively oversee all administration duties required in the management and facilitation of individuals accessing Grampians Home Detention Curfew (HDC) scheme. Responsibilities Maintaining and updating the National HDC prisoner Database. (SHIP) Requesting and collating information and documentation (internal and external) for potential HDC candidates. Administrative oversight of HDC candidates throughout the process and, whilst out on HDC, including reporting Breaches and overseeing recalls. Responsibility for general administrative duties within the area, specifically managing external partner room bookings for the Links Centre. Qualification Requirements Minimum of two National 5 (or equivalent) qualifications, including English, Mathematic/Arithmetic or relevant experience gained in similar role and/or environment. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements Experience within an administrative function. provide examples (Desirable) Demonstrate good communication skills, evidencing what type and how used, provide examples. (Essential) Competent in the use of MS Office Packages (Including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel) provide examples.
