About the Role
Oakwood Motor Company (400+ cars in stock, £6m value) is expanding its digital-first brand, Hero Car Finance. We spend £20k+ per month on Meta & TikTok ads, generating 40+ car sales each month.
We’re now hiring a Paid Ads & Creative Manager to take ownership of:
• Creating fresh short-form video/UGC ads weekly.
• Driving down Cost per Lead (CPL) & Cost per Sale (CPS).
• Working closely with our sales team to improve lead-to-sale conversion.
What You’ll Do
• Launch/test new creatives weekly (video ads, reels, TikToks).
• Optimise campaigns through A/B testing.
• Stay ahead of social media trends in performance marketing.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven paid ads experience (Meta & TikTok) at £10k+/month.
• Track record in lead generation & performance marketing.
• Skilled in video content creation (TikToks, Reels, UGC).
• Based in/near Manchester.

• £40k–£55k salary + performance bonus.
