We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a passionate, results-driven General Sales Manager to join our dynamic management team. This is your chance to lead a high-performance team at one of the most prestigious car brands in the world. Whilst we are specifically seeking an experienced General Sales Manager, we are also open to speaking with candidates who have strong leadership experience in New or Used Car Sales Management. About the Role
As the General Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring our sales team to achieve outstanding results. You will oversee all aspects of the sales department, drive profitability, and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading and developing a strong team of Sales Executives, ensuring continuous support and mentorship.
* Managing the day-to-day operations of the sales department, driving performance to exceed targets and KPIs.
* Overseeing Finance & Insurance (F&I) performance in collaboration with the Sales Controller.
* Maintaining strong profitability levels while ensuring the team delivers on customer expectations.
* Managing car orders and stock to ensure our customers’ needs are met promptly and efficiently.
* Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute customer events that engage and activate the brand.
* Offering a personal touch to our loyal customers, assisting them with all their needs.
* Upholding the brands standards and ensuring the entire department operates in line with those standards.
About You
We are looking for a confident and inspirational leader with a track record of success in automotive sales management. Whether you have experience as a General Sales Manager, or you are currently a New or Used Car Sales Manager looking for the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!
