We are seeking a Promotions Executive to join our Marketing team at our Travel Retail Head Office in Aldgate, central London. The main responsibility of this role is managing the day-to-day delivery of printed POS and digital advertising screen materials to WHSmith Travel stores.
What you’ll do
* Liaise with the Trading Teams regarding POS requirements and deadlines.
* Create Excel-based briefs for POS design, artwork, and printing production.
* Collaborate with artworkers from brief to art-working, and coordinate with printers for store distribution of POS.
* Review artworks for accuracy and brand standards compliance, providing feedback for amendments before final approval by senior stakeholders.
* Obtain and secure cost estimates from printers for each job.
* Ensure all milestones and deadlines are met for timely delivery to stores.
* Manage multiple jobs simultaneously, varying in size, complexity, brand, and country.
* Take full ownership of each job from receipt of the brief to delivery in stores.
Who you are
* Experienced in in-store POS/Marketing.
* Proficient in Excel for creating complex briefs.
* Enjoy working with creative artworking teams.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on getting it right first time.
* Capable of multitasking effectively.
* Comfortable working at pace and meeting tight deadlines.
* Excellent communicator at all levels of seniority.
* Eager to join an ambitious, growing team with opportunities for progression.
