An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Supply & Inventory Planner
to take ownership of medium- to long-term planning (0–12 months), ensuring stock availability, capacity utilisation, and raw material readiness to support business growth.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping inventory strategy, working closely with Commercial, Production, and Procurement teams to enable agility, resilience, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain rolling supply plans aligned with forecasts, capacity, and inventory targets.
* Lead monthly S&OP supply planning reviews, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
* Analyse production capacity, labour, and material availability to minimise risks.
* Collaborate with Procurement, Commercial, NPD, and Production teams on launches and strategic initiatives.
* Monitor and optimise inventory levels across bulk and finished goods.
* Identify and implement improvements in planning processes, tools, and ERP systems.
* Provide insights and recommendations on supply risks and opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
* 5+ years' experience in supply or production planning in FMCG or a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of S&OP, capacity planning, and inventory strategy.
* Experience with NetSuite or similar MRP/ERP systems.
* Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (planning tools/dashboard experience desirable).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive.
