* Hours of Work: Shift work rotating over a 3-week pattern
o Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Nights (18:45 - 07:00)
o Week 2: Monday & Tuesday Days, one-off Thursday & Friday Nights (06:45 - 19:00 & 18:45 - 07:00)
o Week 3: Wed
