Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Training + Early Finish Fridays

In this hands-on role, you will work within a skilled production team, carrying out SMT pick and place programming, interpreting Gerber files to support PCB manufacturing, and maintaining high-quality electronic assembly processes. You will contribute to continuous improvement and ensure smooth daily operations on the manufacturing line.
This position is suitable for a Production Engineer or similar with experience in Surface Mount Technology, Gerber interpretation, and Pick and Place systems, with production experience in electronics manufacturing and an understanding of electronics at the component level. It is ideal for someone looking to develop their career within an established team in a growing EMS environment.
The Role:
* Monday to Friday
* 40-hour workweek
* Supporting electronics production in private and commercial sectors
The Person:
* Experience with Gerber files and SMT pick and place systems
* Knowledge of Siemens Siplace equipment
* Production experience in electronics manufacturing
