Administrator – Nuneaton
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client based in Nuneaton.
As an Administrator, you will be providing both clerical and administrative support to the Facilities Management department, working either as part of a team or individually.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering stable Monday to Friday hours and long-term ongoing work.
Shifts:
• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 – 16:30
Rates of Pay:
• £13.56 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Facilities Management department
• Supporting the coordination and implementation of office procedures
• Assisting with specific projects and tasks within the department
• Managing both written and verbal communications
• Maintaining records, documents and administrative systems
• Supporting the delivery of all Facilities Management administrative functions within the FM operational remit
Essential Skills
• Previous administration experience
• Strong IT skills
• Strong planning, organisational and time management skills
• Good attention to detail
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, assertive and able to influence when required
Desirable Experience
• Previous experience working as an Administrator within an office-based environment
Training Provided
• Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout
