Property & Development Co-Ordinator (Part-time, 3 days a week)

Join our welcoming Property team to help keep our parks safe, beautiful, and guest-ready. In this part-time role, you’ll coordinate activities, share updates, and keep projects moving—from facilities and maintenance to new developments.
Your Opportunity
To develop expertise in a key area by:
* Planning, organising, and tracking projects, from daily tasks to new developments.
* Monitoring progress, solving problems, and aligning team efforts.
* Coordinating activities, updates, and meetings for seamless teamwork.
* Managing admin tasks such as orders, supplier setup, access requests, and communication.
* Preparing and sharing park updates to keep teams informed.
What we’d like you to bring
* Confidence with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for effective communication.
* A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and team collaboration.
* Constructive challenge to ideas for better outcomes.
* Positivity, a sense of humour, and facilities management experience (a bonus).
