We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our friendly and professional team in NORWICH with oversight of DISS.
What will you be doing?
* As the leader of your branch, you'll play a pivotal role in building and steering your team toward success, igniting their potential to deliver top‑notch performance while ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations.
* Engage with professional customer relations, building trust and maximizing the opportunity to convert potential enquiries into customers.
* Utilize the IT systems to complete office administration tasks, including stock management and arranging customer appointments.
* Maintain a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues, and your customers.
Who we are looking for?
Our ideal candidate will be computer literate, organized, and have previous experience of management or supervisory, ideally within the automotive industry.
* High standard of verbal and written communication with a professional attitude and great attention to detail to be a role model within the branch.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortably engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Knowledge of stock management, cost and cash control, and the ability to work towards key performance targets.
* Ability to plan and work on their own initiative and a good understanding of ISO management procedures.
