We’re offering a 3-month secondment for someone in Heidi to join the product team, with the potential to be extended longer term. This is a great chance to get first‑hand experience in product, while bringing your knowledge of Heidi and your relationships across the company into the team.
Secondment Details
* You will be managed by Robbie, our Head of Product
* 3 months initial duration: 1st July - end of September
* Your current role is held for your return
* Open to all Heidi colleagues
* No change to your salary
What you’ll be doing
The role is varied and fast‑paced, depending on the projects we’re working on. You could be:
* Investigating the root cause of a bug so we know how to fix it
* Analysing data to spot opportunities to improve margin or conversion
* Testing a new supplier connection to make sure it works as expected
* Supporting the delivery of new features and improvements for our customers
* Talking to teams across Heidi to explain how product changes will impact the customer and them
No week will be the same, but at its heart this role is about problem solving, teamwork and making a difference.
