What you’ll be doing
* Lead the housekeeping function to ensure our learning location is consistently clean, welcoming, and ready for guests
* Manage, motivate, and support the housekeeping team
* Take an active role in recruiting, training, and developing team members
* Prepare staff rotas and plan deep‑cleaning schedules
* Organise guest room changes and ensure smooth changeovers
* Work alongside your team during day‑to‑day housekeeping, leading by example
* Contribute to a flexible, positive work environment where everyone supports each other to deliver an excellent guest experience

Ideally you will have a hospitality background and already have some management or supervisor experience. In addition, you will have:
