Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth
* Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and implement improvements
* Execute A/B testing strategies to enhance CTR, conversion rates, and ad performance
* Act as a strategic advisor across multiple client accounts, aligning campaigns with business goals
* Collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies, improve processes, and drive innovation
Essential Experience:
* 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads management within a digital marketing agency
* Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts while maintaining high performance
* Strong analytical skills with experience in performance optimisation and data interpretation
* Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships
* Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets
