OTI Team lead (50% Team Lead/ 50% SME)

We are seeking an inspiring leader with a strong technical background in operational technology to play a key role in the Digitalization team, optimizing OT, IT and DI systems. As an OTI Team Lead you will combine leadership skills with hands-on technical expertise in OT environments, systems and standards enabling effective management of digital transformation initiatives by maintaining deep technical understanding of operational processes.
Key responsibilities:
1. Support business continuity by collaborating with stakeholders and applying technical expertise to promptly resolve user issues while providing hands-on support within a small growing team.
