Duties
* Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the front of house team to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work atmosphere.
* Uphold food safety regulations and hygiene standards throughout all aspects of service.
* Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
* Train new staff on operational procedures, food safety practices, and customer service excellence.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and effective communication between front of house and kitchen staff.
* Requirements
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or culinary sector is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest interaction.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
