Software & Firmware Test Engineer (QA)
Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)

We’re hiring a Software & Firmware Test Engineer to join a team developing cutting-edge surveillance and security technologies that make a real difference in public and commercial safety.
What you’ll be doing:
* Testing embedded systems and software on real hardware
* Automating tests and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
* Collaborating with hardware and software teams to troubleshoot and improve quality
* Driving continuous improvement in QA processes
What we’re looking for:
* Strong programming skills (C/C++, Python)
* Experience with embedded systems, RTOS/Linux, networking protocols
* Familiarity with Git, Jira, and CI/CD tools
