The Opportunity & Role Profile This Outstanding secondary school is looking for a practical and skilled Science Technician to focus on supporting the Physics curriculum up to A-Level. The role involves preparing advanced experiments related to electricity, mechanics, and optics, vital for maintaining the school's exceptional standard of practical science delivery. Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Physics Preparation: Preparing electronic circuits, optical equipment, mechanical apparatus, and setting up complex demonstrations for Physics lessons. Equipment Maintenance: Carrying out fault-finding, repair, and calibration of sensitive Physics apparatus and equipment. Resource Coordinator: Assisting teachers with technology integration and managing the inventory of all Physics resources.
