Job Title: SEN Tutor Location: South East England, Berkshire, Wokingham Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Salary: £20 - £25 per hour Job Duties: The SEN Tutor will be responsible for providing specialised educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This includes assessing individual student needs, developing tailored learning plans, delivering lessons in line with the curriculum, and monitoring progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly. The tutor will also collaborate with other education professionals, parents, and support staff to ensure the best possible learning outcomes for students with SEN. Required Qualifications: - A relevant teaching qualification - Experience working with students with SEN - Strong understanding of SEN practises and strategies Education: A degree in Education or a related field Experience: Prior experience working as a tutor or teacher with students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs Working Conditions: The SEN Tutor will work part-time hours on a temporary basis. The role may involve working one-on-one with students or in small group settings. The tutor will be based in Wokingham, Berkshire, within an educational environment.
