Overview
We're looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join our friendly and experienced team at Alloga UK, part of Cencora. This role sits at the heart of our operation, supporting healthcare customers and partners by ensuring orders are processed accurately and queries are resolved smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries via phone and email, providing clear and professional support
* Process customer orders accurately and within agreed timescales
* Work closely with warehouse, finance and internal teams to resolve issues
* Manage inboxes and keep customers updated on order progress
* Deal with urgent or special order requests calmly and efficiently
* Produce routine reports and support customer account activity
* Receive full training and ongoing support from experienced colleagues and team leaders
Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, admin or order processing (preferred, not essential)
* Confident communication skills, both written and over the phone
* Good attention to detail and basic numeracy skills
* Comfortable using computer systems and email
* Able to prioritise tasks and stay organised in a busy environment
