Description
We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Manager to lead our Hampshire West team, delivering person-centred housing-related support to customers experiencing mental health challenges across Lymington, Eastleigh, and Winchester. This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £27,338 to £28,890 per annum, along with comprehensive benefits including a Health Cash Plan.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leading and coaching a team of support coordinators to provide high-quality, person-centred housing support services.
2. Managing team performance and conducting regular performance reviews.
3. Serving as Safeguarding lead, ensuring health and safety checks and risk assessments are completed and documented.
4. Promoting the service to referral sources and the community to enhance visibility and accessibility.
5. Monitoring service quality through KPIs and customer satisfaction surveys, and empowering both customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and support individuals at different stages of their lives.
* Confidence to challenge inappropriate behaviours and advocate for customers.
* Leadership experience, with a knack for empowering and developing team members.
* Experience in delivering support within housing or care environments.
* Owns a vehicle insured for business purposes (mileage paid).

Job details
* Work pattern generally Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with support teams working 9am-7pm on a rota, with potential for flexible working arrangements.
* Role based in Lymington, with travel across Hampshire West as needed.
* Proficiency with digital systems, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
* An Enhanced DBS check is required, which we will fund.
