Currently taking around £5,400 per week with a 90/10 wet-led split, The Star has clear scope to grow food sales, drinks trade, events, pub teams and summer trade from its fantastic waterside location. We’re looking for a hands-on, community-focused pub partner with strong standards, plenty of energy and the drive to build a welcoming local pub throughout the week. This would suit someone who enjoys getting involved locally, developing a great guest experience and spotting opportunities to grow both wet and food sales.
