About the role Llys Enfys is an Extra Care scheme for over 50s with care or support needs that blends the freedom of independent living with the reassurance of on-site support. In this role, you’ll help prepare and serve food, lay and clear tables, and ensure the kitchen remains clean, tidy, and safe for our tenants. Skills and Experience Needed Strong communication skills - Greeting tenants warmly and explaining menu options clearly. Basic understanding of dietary and nutritional needs - Following simple guidelines for vegetarian or allergen-friendly meals. Hands-on approach to kitchen and dining duties - Setting up tables, washing dishes, and keeping everything spotless is key for this role. Team player with a flexible attitude - Jumping in to help with plating up, or tidying when things get busy.
