Job Description
YOUR ROLE:
• Lead all hotel operations, ensuring consistently high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
• Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and brand compliance
• Lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing team that delivers excellence every day.
• Build a strong relationship with all key stakeholders in the business, owner, manager, employees, clients and neighbours
Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a General Manager in a comparable hotel environment.
2. Commercially savvy with strong organisational and people skills.
3. Energetic, hands-on, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
