Your new role
As Site Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects, working closely with the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing daily site operations, including opening/closing and site setup.
2. Ensuringpliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Coordinating site drawings and project programmes with subcontractors.
4. Maintaining accurate site documentation (, inductions, equipment checks, incident reports).
5. Leading daily briefings to ensure smooth coordination.
6. Monitoring quality and detail to meet high client expectations.
7. Using basic IT tools including snagging apps and document control systems (training provided).
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you should have:
8. Proven experience as a Site Manager in interior fit-out or refurbishment projects.
9. Strong organisational andmunication skills.
10. A proactive and detail-oriented approach.
