Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and review electronic job sheets submitted via our internal platform.
* Interpret engineer notes and service reports for mechanical repairs and servicing.
* Source required parts and liaise with suppliers for pricing and availability.
* Compile and submit quotes to customers via online portals.
* Arrange follow-up visits for incomplete or ongoing repairs.
* Raise and issue invoices upon job completion.
* Maintain accurate records of job status and updates in the system.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Number of jobs processed daily.
* Total sales value invoiced.
* Number of jobs in Work in Progress (WIP).
* Number of Vehicle Off Road (VOR) jobs.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a service, maintenance, or repair environment (preferred).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical job sheets.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Confident communicator with both engineers and customers.
* Comfortable using digital platforms and customer portals.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on problem-solving.

Location: Wickford, Essex (Office-based) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, based on experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM About the Role: Plantexpand Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Job Sheet Processor to join our dynamic Processing Team. You will be responsible for managing the workflow of 5–7 mobile engineers who service and repair a variety of mechanical assets including trailers, generators, dumpers, diggers, and excavators. This role is vital in ensuring that job sheets are processed efficiently, parts are sourced promptly, and customers receive accurate quotes and timely invoices.
